Bonjourno, folks! I saw this community the other day and asked to join, but haven't had time to post yet. ( My brief history in MST3K )

for those who are familiar with Swapbot, i've created a swap on swapbot for a Doctor Who related lucky parcel swap.



but for those who are unfimiliar, swapbot.com is a website where people from all around the world come to join in on different types of swaps. there are swaps ranging from ATCs to Knits to mixed CDs.

a lucky parcel is a package that is a small/medium sized box/bag/envelope containing items related to a theme. the items can be anything ranging from ATCs to Dotees to keychains and sweets. basically, anything you can think of!

so please feel free to join! i hope this swap will be an enjoyable one!

For those that recall my posting a while back, I made a very accurate (and much praised - thank you all to those who commented) Ten overcoat.

Well, I have now moved onto a Mk3 version, in which I have made some revisions and improvements.

I am still using the same fabric.

I have improved the shape of the lapels, the size and position of the buttons and the venting down the centre of the back.

Any fandom to which this applies, multiple 'you's involved:

I'll read fics about the Japanese canon, and I'll read fics about the English canon. But unless it's some bizarre crossover between the two, I don't want to see both Serena and Usagi appearing in the same story.

Or Ash and Satoshi.

Or Phoenix and Naruhodou. (although in that case it's a fandom joke that the Japanese and American canon occur in the same universe, so perhaps moot point is moot.)

Also applies to any other dubbed and localized fandom.

Dear Supernatural and Other Communities,

If I'm reading a story about two canon-manly-men and their canon-manly ways (Even with non-canon sex) you can pretty much guarantee that the second one of them starts (Not ironically or teasingly) baby talking to the other that is the end of that story as far as me reading it goes. Same applies to odd abbreviations of a character's name used as nicknames (e.g 'De' for Dean.) and silly nicknames in general.

Please. As a married woman I can assure you it's possible to have a sexual relationship/platonic friendship with somebody without talking to them like you never made it to kindergarten.

Maybe it's just my personal loathing of baby talk speaking,
